Easy Returns & Refunds
BW Technologies Ltd/Pure Hydration warrants the Pure Hydration range to the consumer for the whole period of 30 days from the date of purchase, when used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Up to 1 year product replacement is available if we deem the product to be faulty.
If at any time within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund or replacement. No questions asked.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Pure Hydration product, BW Technologies will replace it or refund the purchase price.

When you send your item back to us, we’ll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 days of our receiving your return.
If the return and refund do not appear in Your Account after 3 weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for further assistance.
Note: BW Technologies Ltd cannot generate refunds or replacements for items purchased from third-party sellers. Only your seller can generate a refund or replacement
If you have selected Next Day Delivery then your orders will be delivered the next working day as long as you order your goods before 13:00 GMT.
UK customers who have selected to use our standard delivery; BW Technologies will endeavour to make sure goods purchased from this website are received with 2-5 working days.
For customers who have ordered goods for delivery in Europe then please allow 3-7 days for standard delivery (standard delivery for Europe is not tracked or signed for) if you wish to guarantee your delivery in Europe you should choose the Express courier option – ensure you order before 13:00 GMT to receive your order for the next working day.
Customers throughout the rest of the world (anywhere in the world not in the UK or Europe) should allow 7-10 working days for standard delivery and express courier 1- 4 days from order, order will be collected the same day by the courier if ordered by 13.00 GMT or the next day if the order is received after 13.00 GMT
Do not allow your Pure Hydration product to freeze.
Do not use your Pure Hydration product with sea water, i.e. saline or salt water- this will block the purifier.
Do not attempt to filter high energy or Isotonic drinks, fruit juice, coffee, cola etc, through your Pure Hydration product otherwise it will quickly clog up the purifier due to the high levels of sugar contained within those type of drinks.
Very turbid water may shorten the life of the purifier.
Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund or replacement under our 30 Day Money Back Warranty. This guarantee does not cover improper use, failure to properly maintain the unit.
